Thug City Rules

As your fearless, totally-not-corrupt Mayor, I hereby establish the sacred Laws of Thug City to ensure… absolute chaos with a touch of organized crime. 😏

• 1️⃣ The Law of Hustle 💰
  If you ain’t hustling, you’re losing. Every thug must engage in stealing, mugging, hacking, or bribing to stay relevant. Lazy thugs get left behind.
• 2️⃣ The Law of Survival 🔫
  There’s no such thing as "unfair fights"—only winners and losers. If you get mugged, shot, or hacked, that’s just Thug City’s tax system at work.
• 3️⃣ The Law of the Streets 🚨
  Crimes must be reported! Snitches don’t get stitches—they get bonuses (and maybe my protection… maybe).
• 4️⃣ The Law of Bribery 💵
  All bribes must be properly negotiated. You wanna stay out of jail? The Mayor’s pockets better feel heavier. Want favor, you know where to send cost! 10 $DIRTY is a good start! (All transactions final. No refunds.)
• 5️⃣ The Law of the Bank 🏦
  Banks are meant to be robbed—that’s why they have money. BUT… if you get caught, that’s on you. Enjoy your stay in Supermax Jail!
• 6️⃣ The Law of Revenge 😈
  Got robbed? Mugged? Hacked? Don’t cry—get even! Crime is legal… as long as you don’t get caught (or pay the right person to look the other way).
• 7️⃣ The Law of the Mayor 🎩
  The Mayor is above all laws (except the ones I like). Respect me, donate to the Church of Hustlers, and maybe—just maybe—you won’t have an "unfortunate accident."

Follow the laws, or break them like a true thug. Either way, I get paid. 😏

📢 Official Thug City Crime & Punishment Laws 📢

As your beloved Mayor, it’s my duty to maintain order (and fund my questionable business ventures). So, from today, the following penalties apply for reported crimes:

• 🔸 Stealing – 15 $DIRTY fine or 30 min jail
• 🔸 Mugging – 20 $DIRTY fine or 40 min jail
• 🔸 Bribery – 15 $DIRTY fine or 45 min jail (unless it’s to me) 😏
• 🔸 Hacking – 50 $DIRTY fine and 120 min jail (you wish you were that good)
• 🔸 Shooting – 45 $DIRTY fine and 100 min jail
• 🔸 Killing – 80 $DIRTY fine and 180 min jail (Rest in pieces)
• 🔸 Shanking – 25 $DIRTY fine or 80 min jail (Spicy handshake!)
• 🔸 Torching (of any kind) – 120 $DIRTY AND 360 minutes in jail
